I prefer to use a wet towel to clean my Tzu's eyes. As I've found that tissue can leave fibers behind the eyes.

I love this, just wish my pup would stay still for the same, she wants to jump around and eat everything.
I have two, and they have their own face cloths that I use to clean their faces every morning and evening. I use an eye cleaner and then warm water. I also use these cloths, barely wet, to wipe their ears.
One thing I do differently though is that when I go to comb their face hair, I spritz it with a detangler first. This helps with any potential knots, making them easier to remove and as a result, causing less pulling.

My shihtzu starts to bite when I try to do that…..he won't stay still we are scared to cut the hair of his cuz he moves so much and wouldn't let us touch him 😂
