I've got pups under the porch and its cold I found one that got so cold it was stiff I got her warmed up and tried to get her back to her mom but I have to get them out of there. I have a mess on my hands at the moment this is a stray and they won't last the weekend if I don't get them moved. Thank you for the video, I'm trying to learn everything I can right now

my mini pins gave birth to 4 puppies, her first litter and being a new mom she doesn't know how to care for them. this morning, i found one dead behind her. one is not nursing and very cold, i took that one and will try to warm her and feed her myself.

These two are little fighters, despite their condition, they’re loud, hungry and moving. I’m trying to not get too attached should the worse happen but I am praying so hard that these little babies make it.

Our German Shepherd just had 9 puppies today. Its her first litter. I have her in a whelping box with some protective pipes around the border of it. But she keeps stepping on them, laying on them, and on even on their own sometimes they wiggle under her and act like they're suffocating. I feel like I need to watch her twenty-four hours a day now and not get any sleep at night! I think would only take a few minutes for suffocation to happen. Ive watched and waited when she is on a puppy to see what happens and she doesn't seem to notice that she is crushing them. I'm not sure what I can do besides staying awake all night, every night and watching all day?

hi how can you tell when your dog is about to labor? i only find out when she goes missing and i find her too late in some inaccessible hole with her puppies either crushed under her weight or barely alive and starving to death cause she doesn't know how to feed them. and i have to convince her to give up the remaining puppies so i could take away and care for them while fighting the male dog to stay away from her and her puppies. and when i do manage to clean up and feed the puppies with puppy formula some still end up dead.one minute they're sucking milk from the bottle the next they just go still and the heart stops beating. i try massaging them back to life but to no avail. there's heat and air conditioning as well. what the fuck am i doing wrong?

Great info! Our Border Collie just shocked us by giving birth to 5 puppies on the weekend, we did not know she was pregnant!! She had the babies just a few days before her 1 year birthday, so still too young for babies. But with some help, momma and babies are doing great now. So hello Milo from Coco and her 5 babies in Canada!!
