Hey! Just a question, I saw a video that said their service dog is not their pet, and I was just wondering cus I’m nosy, do most ppl that need service animals not view them as their “pet” or some thing? Or do u just view them as workers? I’m just curious lol
Mom did great and love she was gentle about correcting the child. She sounded too young to know better. Love parents who are responsible for their kids and teaching them better
Very sweet. She's trying to understand but doesnt quite get it- but the mom is doing great explaining/reiterating what you say. Its awesome that you take the time to be so nice to kids who approach you.
I love that you don’t just say no way or no and then walk away and you politely explained and how you always take the time to explain what questions to ask and how to ask them and what they do and how you can help them and how they can help them and how they can help you and I think it’s really cool that a dog can learn to help somebody like that. I love that. You always have patience with everybody and explain to them instead of just being mean. I also love your videos.

I have selective mutism & Severe social anxiety and have had a hard time at school since 5th grade, and I was wondering how to get an emotional support animal maybe someday and if there's a way to get one for a cheap price? 😅
Haylee is so polite, warm and kind. I love the way she communicates with the surrounding people. She explains calmly and politely and her voice is so soothing
Its nice how good you are with kids. A lot of parents dont teach kids these things. I tell my son we dont bother anything working. I got some laughs when i told him rocks at the boat launch were "working rocks"
I appreciate that people are just curious. I understand that they are actually helping spread the word about working dogs and how to not interact with them. But after the nine hundred and seventy second time I answer the exact same questions in a day , I’m over it. I just want to get my frozen waffles and peanut butter and go home. Is that too much to ask?!?
On the ither hand- Good correction from the mom- and Ig it helps cider train on not getting distracted? As people will inevitably still try to pet him even after being told no.
That makes no sense to me. She says that he is in training to be a service dog. But then she says that he is a service dog getting ready to retire. But that he is only 6 months old, so he's not old enough to have done much work yet for which he is training. HUH?

I probably would just say he is not nice with a really young girl, since kids difficultly fully understand

I love watching these videos because my wife and I plan to have kids soon and I want to find the best ways to explain service animals to my kids.
