The Guide elaborates on the techniques used on the show. One such technique/tool suggested was the lure stick to encourage a small dog to keep up with the heel command. I have a small dog who lags behind smelling any and everything and find it hard to keep bending over while walking to his level. The lure stick is great also for another dogs focus and sprinting at anything that catches her eye. The stories about different dogs, their different temperaments, have been helpful, especially Lulu's: After reading about Lulu's challenges I felt relief concerning one of my rescues that I have had for 10 years. Over many years I have checked out many training books from the library, watched different shows, DVDS, bought training books, taken lessons and this book is the best by far! Kindness, patience and perseverance works.

Ehhh. I've seen to many dogs pull and escape with harnesses. I'll use a harness for running, biking, etc but never on a walk again.

You use treats constantly…I have a 9 lb Bichon that has little interest in food…I do reward with praise, but it’s often not enough. I’ve even tried to train with rib roast…he just ignore it…could I see a dog being trained w/o constantly being fed?

Since I don't have a yard, we have HAD to go walking the neighborhood with a leash from day 1. My puppy winds back and forth without a sense of heeling at all. Do you have a video to help with that?.. I'm sure you'd know what to do.

My puppy refuses to leave the house, refuses to wee and poo on puppy pads or outdoors. Chases my cats and Rabbits around and when you tell her of she misbehaves and barks at you.

Potty training and crate training my puppy with your videos was a BREEZE. We’re a little delayed on leash training due to shots & then having a really bad winter while living in the country… started back up and leash training has been so hard 😅 trying these tips with my yellow lab!

This is bad beyond belief. The fuck you doing girl, selling merch, calling pepole dog parents. This is disgusting. This is why pepople end up needing professional trainer. You teach shit and pepole think its the right thing to do. This makes me sad for the dogs
