One of my cats brought a snake to the back porch then left it there. Thanks cat, what I always never wanted, a snake. He caught a blue jay once too, how do I know? All that was left on the back porch was the beak and feet.

Hope the hedgehog made it. Animals act on instinct, don’t have the ability to reason so can’t blame them for it. Circle of life unfortunately
