Thank you we just got a puppy. Training him has been a bit hard. He was potty trained some but, meds more. He doesn’t like the potty pad. Goes right next to it

We started bringing two puppies out and only rewarding treats after a successful potty only been a week but one dog is marking on house. Neutering scheduled for both puppies next week but this video is amazing. Any other tips? Def would love a video call set up 🙂 😊

My puppy is four months old and the training is not going well..help!! I tried taking her out pretty much all day today and she ended up peeing and pooping inside the house despite all of that effort. And…she didn’t pee on her wee wee pads once today but chose the carpet instead. What is happening? I may have been over my head.

Dude what? My puppy just eats and drinks as needed lmao. Doesnt just eat or drink till sick. Thats bad advice. Maybe if your puppy is drinking too much water then maybe regulate it

I take my dog out every 20 to 30 minutes and she will still come in and go potty I do sit out there with her for about an hour and she will go but still come in and go hellllpppp

Thank you for this smart and easy to follow training. I lost my 4 year old Yorkie on March 8th. I bring home a little girl Yorkie that will be 8 weeks old the second week of May. I want to train myself to be able to train her for success.

My 5 month old pit bull/terrier eats EVERYTHING and poops like an elephant. 😂 trying to potty train her .
Rubbing their nose in it is cruel and it teaches them to eat it! Never ever do that!!!! Always pick up after them also, if it stays , they may start eating it and all other poop they can get to. If you have cats, this can be life threatening, they carry. A nasty parasite toxoplasma Gondii that gets in their brain and humans as well. It’s hard to find anything that can cross the blood brain barrier to actually eliminate it .
Bernadoodle I got last Saturday… he is 3 months old!!… have reindeer strip bells on door that goes outside, so far every time we go out that door he goes potty. No accidents yet.

I personally feel like startling certain breeds can be a cause of defensive aggression but showing them a correction is what needs to be done after peeing outside
I absolutely dislike the process of potty training, our little 11 week old female will potty outside but hold #2 to go inside. Her 1st week she seemed to understand but as getting older she's overthinking the process and has it mixed up.
This is so helpful—especially the routine part. I noticed when I stayed consistent, everything changed. Do you think small dogs just need more frequent reminders than bigger breeds?

Your video helped me so much with toilet training our puppy. I rescued a puppy from the RSPCA in Pearcedale and the puppy is just 10 week old. On day 6, he went out to the toilet without us prompting him. We set a time for him to set a schedule for him to get used to holding onto until he could go outside. By today, now day 9 and he is going without a big fanfare. We get upl in the middle of the night too. I found that if you do the "toilet" in a happy voice and making a big deal of the whole thing. Including a treat for great behaviour. As he likes to drink out of the garden tap, limiting his water has worked also. He let's us know when he needs to drink. Or we get him to come on over to the tap.
