She a pitbull mix and I don’t want her to bite someone and I just ordered a muzzle to make sure she doesn’t bite anyone. I tell her no and Pat her on the butt, but it’s like her instinct and she can’t help it. Yeah, I need to figure this out how to control her aggression.
At the dog park she loves everyone and most dogs and not aggressive. So it’s the environment also.
My sweet dogs and dog is isolated and it seems like she’s sad and depressed. My older dog died and I’m thinking she’s missing him. What can I do to help her?

The point is not ignore them ever is wait until the dogs get calm and then reinforcement that state of calm with affect making that the dog Lean about.
Or I don't get excited,instead I get very nervous and anxious (I have social anxiety) now I don't know how to stop it, and yes she barks at everything 😭
I did NOT create any excitement. I got this puppy from my daughter and son in law, who LOVES to get his dogs all excited then doesn't get why they jump all over everyone and bark insanely at anyone outside the house. I am disabled and jumping is not okay so I am dealing with retraining this 6 month old puppy not to jump and not to bark. He sleeps with me and invariably hears some animal walking across the front yard at 4 in the morning. What I usually do is grab all 16 lbs of him from the foot of my bed and haul him up to my chest and hold him with his head resting in the crook of my right arm. With every subsequent bark (or growl), I fold my arm up and hold his head snugly. He tends to stop pretty quickly and goes back to sleep, snuggled in my arms. However, he will bark just as insanely the next day when my neighbor and her daughter are just getting some groceries out of her car. And he won't shut up. I want that behavior stopped.

No touch, no talk, no eye contact. This is fantastic advice if you are trying to train a dog to not respond to new humans. 👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
This is coming from a trainer who has spent three grand on a certification to become a qualified trainer. This is great advice.

I didn't teach my stupid dogs to be excited.
My dog wants to jump on me every time I walk out and see her.. GSD …. ILL TRY THIS NO TOUCH , NO CONTACT , NO EYE CONTACT .. ✔️ . 🙏
When i meet a dog i ignore them and just talk to the owner and let the dog come to me when it's ready !

Start this from a puppy age or when they are like 1? Puppies are so cute. 😂
